Non Contact Radar Level Transmitter is a reliable and accurate level measurement device. It can realize continuous level measurement of solids and liquids. It can ensure high precision and high stability of measurement under various working conditions. The principle of the FM cCW radar bit meter is that the radar emits electromagnetic waves on the top of the tank, and the electromagnetic wave is reflected by the radar. The frequency difference δ f between the received signal and the transmitted signal is proportional to the distance R to the surface of the medium R: R= C (speed) * δ f (frequency difference) / 2 / K (frequency modulation slope). Because the light speed C and the FM slope K are known, the frequency difference δ f can be calculated to obtain the distance R between the installed position of the radar and the material surface, and then obtain the height of the material level by subtracting the spatial distance between the radar and the material surface (empty height for short) from the known total height of the tank body.
